Learning to Commune with the Neshamah

The Neshamah is the inner essence of the Spiritual part of man that seeks G-d. Not only does the Neshamah seek G-d, it incessantly labors to reside in the Divine Presence. G-d created the Neshamah from a Divine Spark or a fragment of the Divine Presence. Because this is such a special Element we are incessantly drawn towards G-d Presence and purpose.
