Meditation
There are many differing ways to “Meditate.” The whole purpose is to have an interaction or sustained thought on G-d or G-dly material. Therefore, the expansion of a single thought (on G-d) is through repetition of thought. Thus when we begin a thought and when we have reached the end of that thought we begin again at the beginning and think our way through the same thought until we have exhausted the meaning of that thought.

Ideally one will master the ability to think on or about G-d or G-dly material for sustained periods of time. The goal of this exercise is to be able to “meditate” or think about G-d and G-dly things all day.
