The Spiritual Element

The “spiritual element” is injected into Adam’s telluric materials and rather than strictly being earthen, man is physical with an infusion of a “spiritual emanation from G-d.” Note that the breath – Neshamah is “blown” into the man with the power of the Ruach, breeze, wind, or Spirit. Thus, man becomes a “spiritual” being or a being animated by Ruach – blowing the Neshamah into telluric materials. Therefore, man is animated with a “spiritual element” of the Divine Eternal G-d.
