We begin class as usual with the inspiration others of the class have found in the Nazarean Codicil. After looking at the inspirations we turn to the single Mishnaic portion of the Nazarean Codicil (Mark – Mordechai 8:13) and the single statement that Yeshua went to the other side of the Galil. When we have a text that makes a single statement as such we find that there is some sort of significant change at hand. We believe that the change that relates to the Torah Seder is in relation to the Kohanim (Priesthood). The priesthood is changing. It is being removed from the hands of the Tz’dukim (Sadducees) and handed back to the Priesthood of the firstborn, i.e. Melchizedek. This idea drives the class to look at the reasons for practical application in the lives of the Kohanim, Vestments and the Mishkan (Tabernacle).
