During their years of ministry, they have written and co-written Bible courses for: American Mission Teams, International College of Bible Theology, Midwest Seminary of Bible Theology and Colorado Theological Seminary.

Dr. Walter and Elizabeth have been researching the Hebrew heritage of Christianity from a First Century perspective for many years. Over the past 20 years, he and Dr. Elizabeth have felt the commission from God to once again reconcile the Jew and the Gentile into one body. Taking the prophecy of Zechariah 8:23 as the standard by which they teach, they try to give Believers today a look at what is was like when Yeshua (Jesus) walked the land of Israel. However, both Dr. Walter and Elizabeth are well balanced in Biblical doctrines and teachings.

Dr. Walter and Elizabeth are currently involved in researching the Triennial Torah Reading cycle which was used during the time of Yeshua and his talmidim. Dr Walter Oakley presents a weekly commentary on the Nazarean Codicil (New Testament) from a Torah based perspective. This work is accomplished with the supervision and approbation of Rabbi Yosef ben Haggai.

Dr. Elizabeth ministers in the arts. She writes music and makes music tracks, makes banners and instructs in Jewish dance.

Their degrees include:

Ph.D. Doctorate of Philosophy in Judaic Studies
