A preview of the Nazarean Talmud
Tonight’s Torah Focus will look at the typical connections between the Torah Readings and the book of Mark. We will be asking why Mordechai mentions Miriam Migdalah and Miriam the mother of Yaa’qov abd Yosi.
We will also look at the construction of the Nazarean Talmud up close and personal as it is laid out in the present readings. Then we will ask how Hakham Shaul (Paul) makes his connections with the reading of Mordechai (Mark) and the Torah readings himself.
